First option:

Replace the Head of HR ad interim, for example when the current  director leaves the company and until his replacement is done.

Second option:

A service - several days per month - for small companies or start-ups, who would like to benefit from highly competent HR management and introduce effective processes for the development of their company, but do not have the means or the need to employ someone full-time.
